Hi, I'm Liz Lange the founder of Liz Lange Maternity. Today, I'm here to talk to you about the most comfortable shoes for work when you are pregnant. Shoes can be tricky when you are pregnant, but I think the way to keep it simplest is to remember one simple rule, stay away from stilettos. Stay away from super high heels. If you remember that, you will be all set. Your legs won't feel tired and you'll be comfortable. So here's what you want to focus on, ballet flats, those are always in style and they always look great. Pointy flats, we are seeing a huge trend towards pointy flats right now, wear them. They are great and they will keep your legs feeling comfortable, you won't be tired. If you do want a little lift and I understand that, you should wear a kitten heel which again is on trend, it's just a little bit shorter than a high stiletto heel or a stacked heel which is nice and wide and will keep you balanced. Finally a wedge is a great option and we are seeing so many of those. So go for ballet shoes, go for loafers, go for low in general and you cannot go wrong and if you are lucky enough to live in a climate where it allows you to wear sandals, I love them. You can have fun, you can wear glittery sandals, flip flops, anything you like, just keep a good pedicure and you will be all set to go.
