Hi, I'm Katie Sweeney, and I'm going to show you how yo make maple butter. This is a wonderful treat to have in the mornings during fall because you can spread it on toast, or pancakes or cinnamon raisin bagels. Here's how it's done. So I have one stick of unsalted butter and it's at room temperature. You want it to be room temperature so it mixes in the food processor easily. To this I'm going to add two tablespoons of pure maple syrup. Two heaping tablespoons. And then just a little bit of salt, quarter of a teaspoon, and now we're going to blend everything together. So how easy was that. We made our maple butter in three seconds in the food processor and now we've got a wonderful treat for breakfast that's comforting and delicious.
