Hi I'm Josette Redwolf and today we're in beautiful Key Largo, Florida at the Art Box. Today I'm going to teach you how to recycle wax. Now in this series we've taught you how to make all types of different candles, fake food candles and during the way we've accumulated a lot of leftover wax. Now I taught you before always to label with your gel wax whatever fragrance it is to label your boxes. Whatever fragrance it is. So we have all this left and this is already scented strawberry. What we can do is chop this up now and we can make jello candles out of that. Or you can remelt it down and use it as strawberry gel wax all over again. Just make sure you're not mixing it with something else. Every single time that you use it, this was peach, the side would be peach I would take it out and put it in and save it. There is never waste in candle making. You can recycle wax each and every time. Now this is leftover paraffin wax. You want to try and keep the same melt point wax with your paraffin when you're melting things down. All of this is the same that we used with all the other candles in the series. And so we've put it all together and this is going to be brown so you want to try and keep containers of different colors of different waxes. So you label them brown or yellow or orange and that way you're able to melt it down later and have already scented and colored wax. And that is how you recycle wax.
