Hi guys, chef Roshni from Fivestarchefs.com. How many of you love chicken wings and beer? I do. It's probably my favorite combination of all time. So I'm gonna show you a little bit of Asian twist on chicken wings, and then you can get yourself a nice Kerian, Tsingtao or Fat Laughing Buddha beer, and we can go to town. Okay? I pre-marinated some chicken wings in a little bit of Sriracha, some garlic, some soy sauce. Your gonna take some fresh cilantro, chop it up real nice, throw that in there. I'm gonna throw a little bit of cumin, obviously some sesame seeds, a little bit of coriander seeds, and a little bit of fresh ginger, and a little more garlic. We're gonna mix that all up, and now you're gonna take raw chicken wings, and do that. If you don't like the heat, omit the Sriracha, it's not a problem. We're gonna throw that in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let that cook real nice. If you want to deep fry them you can deep fry them. You don't need to bread them to deep fry them. I'm sort of on the health conscious side. I'm gonna want to put them in the oven for a little bit, and there gonna come out and we're gonna finish them with a little bit of spice, a little bit of nice garnish, and we're gonna have some chicken wings. Right now I'm gonna show you the garnish of those chicken wings. Take some nice, fresh cilantro, put it on your platter, just like that, spread it out. Some nice shredded carrot, spread that out. Some nice julienne onion, again spread that out. Have some fresh lemon or lime ready. Okay? It's been about 5 to 7 minutes right now, I'm gonna grab a cloth. Gotta be very, very careful, it's very hot. Been about five to seven minutes, beautiful wings out the oven, we're gonna toss them up, throw them on the platter just like such, finish them up. A little white sesame seed, a little black sesame seed. If you don't have this at home, it's okay. If you have a little bit of stuff to garnish with it, go for it. Okay? gonna use a little bit of fresh cayenne to bring that heat out, and of course, we can't forget, fresh lime to bring that citrus out. Okay? Look at this, game day, and you have some beautiful, beautiful Asian wings. Took all of 15 to 20 minutes to do. All the ingredients can be in your fridge. You can sort of re-tweak the flavoring to make it what you want it to be. But in the end of the day, some Asian wings. So enjoy.
