Hi, my name is Karl Franz, and I am the owner and head barman of 67 Orange Street, located in Harlem, New York City. Today, I'm gonna show you how to make the perfect Southern Comfort Old Fashioned. So, we're gonna start with our, we're gonna take our glass, and since Southern Comfort's a slightly sweeter whiskey, we're just gonna add one sugar cube, and we're gonna just soak this cube in bitters. So, I'm using Angus Store bitters and then, because I'm using a sweet tea Southern Comfort, I'm gonna add a little bit of orange bitters as well. And, we're going to crush this cube. So, I believe presentation is everything, and so, I like to use a nice big ice cube to kind of set this off, so we'll just add that to our drink, there. There we go. And, since we're using the sweet tea, I'm also gonna finish this with a garnish of a lemon peel. I like to take a nice, long strip of peel. So, it's like that, get that around the edge of the glass there, just slide that right along the side there, and there you have it! Again, my name is Karl Franz and this is 67 Orange Street and I've just shown you how to make the perfect Southern Comfort Old Fashioned.
