Hi, this is Katrina Zarate from Funsie Studios, and today I'm going to go over my favorite way to fit a sleeve. What you're going to need for this project are a bunch of pins. You're also going to need a precut sleeve and a precut front and back body. The first thing you're going to need to do is sew the front and the back of the body together at the shoulder line. Once that's sewn you're going to take your sleeve, fold it in half, find the middle portion, right at the shoulder, and you're going to line that up to your seam line at the shoulder of the front and back body. Making sure that the front fabric of the sleeve is touching the front fabric of the body. Go ahead and take one of your pins, pin at that seam line. And you're going to keep pinning all the way down to the end of the sleeve along the body on both sides. Move over to your sewing machine and just put a stitch in right along your pin line. Once that's complete you're going to fold it back out. Your perfectly sewn on sleeve and you're going to fold and pin together the inseam of the sleeve and the inseam of the body. Once those are pinned you're going to start from the end of the sleeve and just sew along that inseam of the sleeve all the way and down the inseam of the body. At this point you'll have a perfectly fitted sleeve. Thanks for watching. This is Katrina at Funsie Studios.
