Hello, my name is Robert Brace, Celebrity Fitness Trainer and Creator of The 28-Day Challenge where you can find the DVDs at the28daychallenge.com, and I'm here for eHow. In this section, we're going to look at how to develop forearm strength just using your own body weight and resistance. Okay. Let's go. You're going to sit on a chair, it will be great if your knees can be a little higher than your hips. You put one elbow on the corresponding leg and what you're going to do is you're going to take your fist all the way back into this position. You put one hand on your knuckles and you try to pull your fist all the way up. Okay. So, you offer resistance in the hand that's on top to the hand that's in a fist and you work the forearm that way. Okay. So, you'll get the work all the way through the forearm. The other way to do this is take the hand, make a fist again. Put it on the corresponding knee. You take the other hand and again, you put it on the knuckles and you let the fist and the wrist go all the way down. And then you're going to pull back offering some resistance with the top hand. So, the fist goes all the way down and you offer resistance, pulling all the way back up. So you feel it all the way through the forearm. This is a great exercise and a way to strengthen the wrists and the forearms. My name is Robert Brace, Creator of The 28-Day Challenge and I'm here for eHow.
