Hey there. My name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister, and today I'm going to demonstrate a split leg squat. Now, the split leg squat is basically a lunge without the lunge part. You start off with the legs already split apart and you just take your body and drop right down into the empty space right beneath your, alright. So, we're not leaning forward, we're bending the back leg and we're coming straight down and up. Straight down and up. Very easy, but very, very, very, very difficult to do if you're not raking, making sure you're utilizing the correct form. Correct form is everything. We don't want to go forward, check the knees over the toes. We're going straight down and up. Same thing on the opposite side. Straight down and up. Down and up.
