Hi, this is Lisa with Danceypantsfitness.com here at Anytime Fitness, South Longview, Texas. I'm going to show you some leg and stomach exercises for great results and quick results. So the very first one I'm going to show you, we're actually going to use our legs and our abs at the same time. So it's going to be a plank crunch and it looks like this. We're going to get in a plank position. You're going to pull your feet in and you're going to push them back out. You can do this quickly or you can do it slow, it's up to you, really focus on using your abs to pull your feet up to you. The very next one I'm going to show you same thing, we're going to use our abs and our legs at the same time and that's a squat crunch and it looks like this. I'm going to do a good squat with my hands up and when I stand up, I'm going to pull down, squat, pull down so from the side this is what it looks like. Squat, crunch, squat, crunch. So you can see how I'm taking my pelvis and my chest and I'm trying to pull them in, squat, crunch. So I'm getting to use my legs and my abs at the same time okay? The very last one I'm going to show you we are just going to wear out the legs and it's a forward backward lunge and it looks like this, forward and back. If you can go at a pretty quick pace, that's great but just watch your technique. Make sure your knee is over your foot, your core is pulled in tight and you do as many as you can on one leg and then you're going to switch and do the same thing on the other leg and those are some leg and stomach exercises for quick results.
