Hi, welcome back to the Cave Camp. I'm Coach PJ at CPJ Fitness in San Diego, California. And today, we're going to work bicep pull-up exercises. Okay, now I'm going to demonstrate a bicep pull up exercise. We're going to do pull ups today with this cable unit. You're going to notice though first hand though, that there's a wide grip and an inside grip. For you to really target the biceps, you want to do an inside grip neutral. That way, the flexors and the biceps are really engaged on the pulling part. As oppose to if you have a wide grip and you're pulling up, it's going to engage more of the back muscles and eliminate the bicep and the forearm from, from recruiting. So, we want this to be the primary, so we're going to do an inside grip. This is how we do it. Right here, you can cross your legs and you're just going to pull up and back down. Straight up and straight down. And I can certainly feel that my biceps are truly engaged with an inside grip. Good luck. Once again, I'm Coach PJ at CPJ Fitness and I just showed you a bicep pull up exercise.
