Hi, welcome back to the Cave Cam. I'm Coach PJ at CPJ Fitness in San Diego, California. Today I'm going to show you an exercise that covers multiple muscle groups. Okay now I'm going to demonstrate an exercise that targets multiple muscle groups using one full movement. You're going to start with some dumbbells, a comfortable weight, we're going to start with a push-up, row row, pop back up into a lunge curl, lunge curl. This is it. Now drop down, burpee out, I do my pushup, then I'm going to row, row working the shoulders, pop back in, stand tall, lunge curl, alternate the lunge with another leg and a curl and that's a full integrated movement. I'm going to demonstrate it again, here we go, speed it up. Once you get the movement down this is a full body attack, working your back, your core, your legs, your biceps, shoulders, and then you really want to bleed it with speed and just get cranking, lunge curl, lunge curl, pop down, burpee out, push up, crank the row, get the back muscles, pop in, your core is engaged on that push-up position and I've only gone around about three times, a little short of breath already, highly effective, full body attack, good luck.
