Hey, this is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, I'm going to demonstrate a bent arm pullover for pull-up strength. Now, again, the pull-up is one of the best exercises you can do for your upper body. But, it takes a little bit of practice because it requires a lot of power and a lot of energy. So, we're going to build our way up to doing those pull ups by utilizing this very good upper body building exercise. I'm going to start with 25-pound dumbbell and we're just going to lean back, lay the weight down and then pull it right up. Again, bending the arms back, stretching and then pulling the weight right back up. Down and using your core to pull the weight right back up.
