Hello, my name is David Summons, creative director here at Graceroot Designs in Dallas, Texas, and today we're going to be talking about how to code your Facebook wall into your website. Now for starters we're going to log in to Facebook and locate the page of the wall post that we want to embed. After you log in to that page you want to select the Admin panel, Option here, which is going to be located at the very top right. And then you want to select the option Edit Page, also located in that top bar. And the first option underneath that is Update Info. That's going to take you into the actual admin panel. Next you're going to select Resources, located in the left side bar. And then once your resources page loads you're going to scroll down and select Views, Social Plugins. Now from the Social Plugins page you want to actually select the Like box Social Plugin. Select that and it takes you to the configuration panel for the Like box Social Plugin. The first option that you need to configure is the actual page URL. It should look like Facebook.com/ your user name. And once you do that you'll know that it's configured correctly because you'll see the information here to your right in the Preview. The next options control width and height. The third option Show Faces, it actually, this plug in actually gives you the opportunity to showcase the users who like your page, if you want to showcase their profile pictures. The color scheme option gives you two choices, light and dark. This is important to closely match it with the CSS of your current website. And to control the wall content you want to make sure that the stream option is selected. This is what it looks like when it's unselected and this is it showcasing, in the preview as you can see it's showcasing all of your wall posts current, with an option to load even more. Once you have it completely the way that you need it simply hit Get Code and choose the i Frame option here at the top bar. And then you're going to cut and paste the code that Facebook provides you. Upon copying this code you're going to go back to your website into your admin panel. And once you log in you want to find the pages option, locate the page that you actually want to post your Facebook wall, or code your Facebook wall to, and select the HTML option and simply cut and paste the code that you took from Facebook. You want to hit update or save or publish this particular page. And then simply preview it, then go find it, the code worked correctly. And as you can see on our blog we have our Facebook wall coded to our website. Again, my name is David Summons, creative director here at Graceroot Designs in Dallas, Texas, and today we talked about how to code your Facebook wall into your website.
