Hey hey, Leroy at Relentless Performance. Today, we're doing straight leg deadlifts and we're going to combine them with bicep curls. We're going to use dumbbells for this exercise. It makes it a lot easier to transition from the deadlift to a curl. So what we're going to do is with our feet shoulder width apart, we're going to take our dumbbells and grab them in an underhand position. We're going to stand up, lock our knees back and out, move our weight towards our heels, we're going to transition down, let our palms face outwards, right over our toes, stand up and curl. You'll notice I never once unlocked my knees from the locked position. That puts all the emphasis on the hamstrings and the glutes and standing up, contract the abs tight when doing your curls. This is going to help you isolate the shoulders and your biceps. Leroy Moore, Relentless Performance. Today, we did straight leg deadlifts and bicep curls.
