Leroy at Relentless Performance. Today, we're going through it all, every bicep curl exercise I have in my library. We're starting with the standard bicep curl and then to the hammer curl, thumbs up to the point of the shoulders and then reverse curl, elbows tied in, palms facing down. Then the rotated, then we go to the cross body hammer, cross body wrist leading, let the wrist lead across the body, let the weight kind of hang, elbows close to the body.
