Leroy Moore here with Relentless Performance. I'm going to show you some stretches for the arms and shoulders. Preparing to stretch the shoulders and arms before a workout, you first want to get them warm. So you want to start with the arm circles. The first exercise is always great, gets a little heat in the muscles you do arm circles, go in each direction, let the shoulders flow and relax. Once you feel a little burn in there, a little heat, then you can stop, simple, may take five or ten seconds. Immediately after that you are going to go on to stretching the shoulders. We're going to do that, arms reach out, thumbs up, we're going to open up, as far as we can, do two or three and you're going to do thumbs inside same way and you're going to go thumbs down, exact same way. All we're doing is rotating, hitting a different part of the shoulder every time. You are going to shake those out, the third exercise is strictly for the arms, especially the forearms because it gets tight from a lot of gripping. Reach out, fingers up, reach across with your hand, pull back, just a little bit of pressure just enough you can feel it, relax and down, then do it again. Do three or four on each of those, four or five of the shoulders and you'll be ready to work out.
