Hi, I'm Karen Palacios-Jansen, personal trainer from KPJgolf.com. I'm going to show you how to lose belly fat. If you want to lose some inches around your waist and flatten your stomach, try these tips. First of all, you'll want to modify your diet, reduce your sugar and fat intake. Sugar has no nutritional value and a very high caloric content. Sugar raises insulin levels and insulin encourages storage fat especially around the belly. Saturated fat raises your triglyceride levels which causes cardiovascular disease. Second you will want to do cardiovascular exercise. Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps you burn calories which will help you lose weight all over your body including your belly.
