Hi, I'm Alyssa Push, I'm a Makeup Artist, and today we're going to learn how to cover up permanent lip liner. If you're asking what is a permanent lip liner? It's actually a tattoo of a lip liner color to rim the outside of the lips. And what we'll do to cover that up is choose a color of lipstick that matches closest to the color within the color family, fill in the lips, add a little lip gloss and you're ready to go. So, we have given a demonstration on a lip liner which isn't in this case a permanent lip liner, but we're going to show you how to blend in your lip liners that are permanent to your wear of lipstick. So, you can do different choices here, you can go from a very neutral tone to a very dramatic look; however you like it. We can go from the nude into a daytime, top it with a gloss. We can go with a very dramatic look and top it with a gloss. For this, I'll show you with the dramatic look. So, we want to keep in the same family; so, if you're dealing with a pink liner, you can go into purples, reds, plums and oranges. And you want to fill in the lips and your lip liner automatically goes away. You can top that with a very shimmery lip gloss for either a daytime or nighttime look, blending in with your permanent liner. And there you go. Thank you for watching, I'm Alyssa Push; that's how you cover up permanent lip liner. See you next time.
