Hey! This is Dany J. I’m in Southlake, Texas at Camp Hero Fitness, and I’m going to show you some easy exercises for biceps. An easy bicep exercise is to find a creature curl machine. This machine stabilizes your arm so you don’t have any extra movement and you really focus on the biceps. You’re going to reach over, make sure you grab the bar, and make sure your weight is set. Line it up at first so you can test it out before you go crazy. You’re going to sit up really tall, just curl it to your face, and bring it down slowly. This is a great one to really just focus on the biceps. Hammer curls are also a great exercise. It targets a little different angle, as well as just regular curls, and you can always add curls into presses, or curls into lunges. Make sure you remember to stretch your biceps between each set of bicep exercises. They can get very tight, so stretching is very important for this exercise.
