Hi, this is Danny J, I am in Southlake, Texas at Camp Hero Fitness, and I'm going to show you how to do a one arm dumbbell deadlift. So dumbbell exercises are a great common exercise but sometimes you want to mix it up and challenge our balance. We are going to do a one arm dumbbell deadlift. And this way you are able to work on your right and left side and balance out your strength. So you are going to start with your dumbbell actually in front of you, one arm. One arm to the side for balance. Flat back over, touch the ground and bring it right back up. This one is a little bit easier then a barbell because you don't have the wobbly balance. You can go a little bit heavier here. Form is super important. Bend over at the waist. Keep your chest up. Look straight ahead. Back flat and when you return your dumbbell goes right to your hips. Then make sure you switch sides and get both sides even so that each side works efficiently. Again this is Danny J. at Camp Hero Fitness. And I just showed you how to do a one arm dumbbell deadlift.
