Hey, this is Danny J. in South Lake, Texas at Camp Hero Fitness. I'm going to show you how to do bicep curls with lunges. A bicep curl with a lunge utilizes an upper body muscle group and lower body muscle group so you're going to get double the calorie burn in one move. So we're going to do a back lunge with the bicep curl. You're going to start facing forward, have your hands out to your side and you are curling at the same time you step back and bring the arms down as you step forward. You can do the same leg repeatedly or you can alternate legs. So have your palms facing up when you start the move. You're going to take a big step back into your lunge and you curl at the same time. Then bring your foot back and your arms down at the same time. You can do the same leg or you can alternate legs to switch it up a little bit, curl and bring it down as you step together, curl, bring it down as you step together.
