Hey! This is Dany J. I am in Southlake, Texas, at Camp Hero Fitness, and I’m going to show you how to do a heel-to-butt stretch. A great heel-to-butt stretch is going to stretch the front of your thighs if you’re really sore after doing lunges or squats. So, you just want to hold onto something so you don’t fall down. Make sure you’re balanced. Kick that heel up, plaster it to your butt, and then really try to bring your knees down to touch. And, hold this stretch so you feel a good full stretch all the way up your thigh. If you want to feel it a little deeper, you can try to push that knee down a little bit more and hold it there. Make sure you grasp that foot really tight so it doesn’t slip out of your hands. And then, make sure you switch sides. And, I’m going to switch sides here to hold on. So, kick that foot up, bring the knee in, press it down, and hold it. Again, this is Dany J., and we’re at Camp Hero Fitness. I just showed you how to do a heel-to-butt stretch.
