Hey, this is Danny J. I'm in Southlake, Texas at Camp Hero Fitness. And I'm going to show you some exercises to lift your big and saggy butt. The first one is just simple kickbacks. And you can do these anywhere, in your living room or at the gym but you don't need any equipment. You are going to start on your hands and knees. And you are just keeping your knees bent. You are going to kick one foot up and keep your knee bent, bring it back down. Really squeeze that butt because that is what we are targeting and you really want it to burn. I would do about 15 to 20 and then switch sides. These kickbacks are a very simple exercise but are really going to tone that fat saggy butt. Another great exercise to tone your fat saggy butt is to do hip raises or bridges. Simply lie on the ground, bend your knees, hands flat. And you are just going to lift as high as you can really squeeze and bring it back down slowly. If you really want to target that butt even more lift your toes up and push with your heels as you are squeezing. And you'll really feel an extra burn. I would try to do at least 15 to 20 of these, three sets to get a really tight firm butt. Again this is Danny J. at Camp Hero Fitness.
