Hey, this is Danny J. I'm in Southlake, Texas at Camp Hero fitness, and I'm going to show you some butt lift exercises for women. So a couple of great butt lift exercises for women is using the smith machine. We are going to do some squats and lunges. So first make sure there's a weight you can lift, I suggest doing it with no weight using the bar first so you get the correct form. So you are going to get underneath the bar. Lift it up and you make sure you unhook it from the step. Next you are going to walk your feet forward just a little bit for your knee angle. And then you are just going to sit back and come back up squeezing your butt. Make sure you are pushing yourself back like you are sitting on a chair. If this bar was gone I would probably fall back. So that's what you want to be feeling, it's like you are leaning. Next if you want to just do single legs you can take the foot back and you are going to just turn this into a lunge. And bring it forward and you can alternate. These are such great butt lifting exercises for women. In fact this is one of my favorite machines to use.
