Hi, this is Danny J. We're in South Lake, Texas at Camp Hero Fitness, and today we're going to talk about stretching exercises for the bicep muscles. Biceps can be a tough muscle to stretch because your range of motion is limited by your elbow but I'm going to show you a great one. One I like is you can put your arm against a wall and you're just going to rotate out a little bit and you can feel it stretch. You're also going to feel it in your shoulder but it's going to pull across that bicep, hold it for about 30 seconds and then switch sides. Another great bicep stretch is to grab your hands behind your back, you're going to rotate and push your palms down and you're actually going to lift up just a little bit so you can feel it stretch and pull those biceps. One quick tip, don't neglect the stretches of your biceps. After each set you may want to just reach your arms open, pull them out and that at least gets the blood flowing again because it's very easy to over exert those biceps. Again, this is Danny J.
