Hi, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness located in Southlake, Texas. I'm going to be demonstrating a couple of body ball exercises using dumbbells. One of the benefits of using a body ball while doing a chest exercises or your shoulders or your biceps is actually it's going to be toning your core. I'm going to sit down on the body ball in the middle, keeping your abdomen tight and I'm going to roll out, putting the ball in the middle of my back and make sure that you keep your gluts up and your abdomen tight and you're going to do a chest press on the body ball. Make sure that it's also on your neck so you're not straining your neck. One other exercise that you can do is a shoulder press. Keeping your abs tight and your core strengthen. You're going to go up for a shoulder press. And another exercise you can do on the body ball are curls. Maintaining your core throughout the exercise and concentrating on your breathing.
