Hi, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness in Southlake, Texas. And I'm going to be demonstrating to you a single legged dumbbell squat. One of the benefits of doing a one-legged squat using dumbbell is that it'll be isolating the, the muscles being worked. You're going to use a moderate amount of weight for your dumbbell. You're actually going to get a box that's approximately middle of your thigh. You're going to bend your knee and you're going to go down, bending at the waist, keep your back straight. Once you touch your bottom to the box, make sure that you come up and you'll continue to do it for 12 to 15 reps. Make sure you keep all your weight in your right leg and your dumbbell in your left arm. And again, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor and I just demonstrated to you what a single legged dumbbell squat is. Have a great day.
