Hi, I’m Emily Jones, fitness expert and competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness in Southlake, Texas. And, I’m going to be demonstrating to you a supine dumbbell press. A supine dumbbell press is actually just laying on your back. There’s very different variations that you can do. You can do incline, decline, or just flat bench, or even any kind of flat surface that you choose. I chose the flat bench, and I’ll be laying on my back, choosing dumbbells and doing a chest press. Once I’m done with the 15 reps, I’ll rest for 60 to 90 seconds, and then I’ll do it for three sets. And again, I’m Emily Jones, fitness expert and competitor, and I just demonstrated to you what a dumbbell supine press is. Have a great day!
