Hey there, my name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister, and today I'm going to demonstrate how to burn belly fat above your belly button. Now this exercise is one of my favorites. It's called the mountain climber and not only will it force your core to engage, that's your abdominals, your obliques and your lower back but it also is a great upper body builder and a wonderful cardio conditioner all in one fantastic move. So here we go. This is what it looks like. We're getting down in a push-up position, legs are a little bit wider in the back and we just drive our knees to the chest, driving those knees into the chest, keeping the back flat. We don't want the butt high. We want a nice level ground, driving the knees and extending the feet out, one, two, three and four. Excellent upper body and fat burner right above the belly.
