Hey there, my name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister and today I'm going to demonstrate the best exercises to work your upper pectorals. Now the pecs of course are very important, real major mirror muscles. So what we want to do to help build the upper pecs is do inclined exercises. So the first exercise we're going to do is an inclined push-up. That means my hands are up and my feet are down. So this is the first move. We're going to grab a bench. We're going to grab a box or whatever we have, that's going to give us the incline and we're just going to put the chest as close as we can and push off, down and up, down and up, down and up. Very good, very easy exercise. Next exercise we want to do is an inclined chest press with the dumbbells. So we're going to utilize our same box. We're going to put our chest in an angle, where the chest is mostly up in an angle and we're going to press the dumbbells right over our head, down and up, down and up. As we come down we squeeze our shoulder blades together, shooting our chest forward and then we push the weight up as high as we can get it above the chest. My name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister and those are two great exercises to help build your upper pectorals.
