Hi, everyone. My name is Joi, licensed nail technician, and I want to show you all how to use sea salt for cracked heels and calluses. So, I have my sea salt, and I actually also have some olive oil. And, the best way to use sea salt for your feet is actually to combine it with an oil and to make a scrub. So, I’ve actually already made a scrub here. It’s very easy – just mix the sea salt with the olive oil. And, you want to only use enough oil so that you can see the salt sort of starting to stick together, okay? So, you do want it to be more salt than anything. The granules are really big, and that’s what’s actually going to exfoliate your feet. Spread them out a little bit, and then you just take it, and it will be kind of messy, but you just kind of – back and forth motion, scrubbing. And, another tip: Make sure you lay down a towel or something so that you can catch all these granules. And, you just scrub, just as you would with any other foot scrub, okay? So, you do that to the heels, and underneath if you have any calluses. And then, of course, clean up your mess, little bit of water, okay? And, this is something that may be a bit easier to do before you get in the shower so that you can rinse. Okay, I’m going to have you put your foot in there. Rinse off, and then after you’re finished you’ll actually have a nice layer of the olive oil, and that will be used to run in and moisturize the calluses and the dry heels. So, there you have it: An easy, at-home remedy using sea salt. Hopefully, this was helpful to everyone, and thank you all for watching. Bye!
