Hi, everyone. My name is Joi, licensed nail technician, and I want to answer the question for you, what causes really dry feet. So I'm gonna be using today just a little bit of foot moisturizer and we're gonna be using socks. So to answer the question what causes dry feet, a couple of things, one thing that really causes your feet to be dry especially in the winter time is walking around without your socks on so wear socks. Another thing is not actually massaging lotion into your feet well enough. You want to make sure that it absorbs so this is something that you can do before you go to bed every night, it feels really good and it's gonna help moisturize your feet. So you want to take a foot lotion and/or a foot cream, either one is fine and you want to lightly just sort of massage it into the skin, rubbing it and massaging it is gonna make sure that it penetrates the feet. Okay, it's gonna warm everything up, and then to seal in that moisture that you just added you're gonna put a pair of socks on. If you have white cotton socks those are the best, if not just whatever you have. So moisturize, put the sock on that'll hold the moisture in, do this every night and it's gonna help your feet become very moisturized so thank you all for watching and my name is Joi, bye.
