Hi, everyone my name is Joi, licensed nail technician, and today I want to show you all how to keep feet clean. So I couple of things that I am going to use are an antiseptic spray, a nail brush. And I'm also going to be using an orange stick also known as a wood stick. So of course you are going to soak or bathe prior to treating your feet. You'll want to make sure that you keep your toenails clean. You can use this stick. Just go under the toenails. And that will get rid of any dirt, any sock lint, anything that you have going on under there, OK. You want to go gently underneath each toenail making sure not to go too hard cause this is kind of pointy. You don't want to hurt yourself. Okay, and then just to get up any debris that may be around the edges of the toenails after using the stick you take your nail brush. You just gently use a back and forth motion. Go down to the sides. Okay. And you do that on each toe. And this is something that you can do daily if you have a problem with dirt under the toenails or you know anywhere on the feet. Okay. And then the final step is going to be to spritz with the antiseptic spray. Okay. Gently towel that off making sure that it's dry cause that's very important for keeping the feet clean. Okay, and there you go. Nice clean, healthy feet. So thank you all for watching and again my name is Joi. Bye.
