Hi, I'm Sara Holliday from, and I'm going to show you yoga moves to lose leg fat. By increasing your lean muscle you are going to burn body fat. And I'm going to show you two great yoga exercises that are going to do just that. So what you are going to do is you are going to start at the back of your mat. Now I'm only five foot four and I am going to cover quite a bit of my mat. So keep that in mind. So please step forward. Again notice that my back heel is up. My chest is lifted. I'm going to bring my hands to my heart center. Now you are going to bring that back knee towards the floor. Inhaling and exhale, extend just that back leg straight. Make sure that that knee stays aligned with the ankle bone never going over the toe. You are going to repeat for four sets. And then after the fourth one you are going to hold for a count of four. So four deep yoga breaths inhaling through the nose. And exhale through the nose. You are going to repeat that rep four times and then we are going to open up into a yogi squat. From here you are going to come off on the inhale and exhale squat. And as you are doing this posture make sure your buttocks is tucked under. Your head is lifted and your spine is in line. Opening the knees, inhaling and exhaling. After the fourth one you are going to hold for four counts using that yoga breath inhaling in through the nose, and out through the nose with the mouth closed. You'll repeat that three more times. I'm going to take it to the other side. Back to that nobe lunge, lengthening the spine. You are going to bring the knee towards the floor. Inhaling and exhale straighten out that back leg. And you are going to repeat three more times. And then after the fourth one you are going to hold it for four deep breaths. Four deep yoga breaths. Then you are going to open back up to the yogi squat. Inhaling up and exhaling down for four repetitions. After the fourth repetition you'll hold for four breaths. And you will really feel the burn into your thighs reducing the body fat. Once again, I'm Sara Holliday, and I just showed you exercises to lose leg fat.
