My name is Dayana Medina, and my name is Melisse Medina and we are the Medina Cardona sisters owner of 3Hair Makeup in Los Angeles. Today, we're going to demonstrate how to use aloe vera juice in your hair. It's a moisturizing treatment and here are the ingredients and the tools that we need to prepare the treatment. OK. You need a few simple tools you will find in your pantry or your kitchen. You need a spoon, a knife and shampoo and aloe vera. You can in the supermarket. In our case we just find in the garden, the backyard our our neighbor's garden. He doesn't know that we did that but everything goes when you want to have beautiful, luscious moisturized hair. First thing you want to do, of course you cut it out of the plant, Then you want to create an incision right in the middle. I feel like a surgeon. Then you create another incision in the other side. We are cutting my fingers. Yeah. Be careful, if you're not good with a knife, don't use too sharp knives, just like medium though. So you open. The aloe vera is a little bit smelly. I'm going to use after that a really good conditioner for your hair after you use the treatment. So aloe vera plant is a very wonderful plant. It has a lot of enzymes, protein and antioxidants. And all combined they create a very good treatment for your hair for a deep cleansing and moisturizing. Yes. And it's also really inexpensive and really natural. Make sure that the shampoo that you use is sulfate free to get a better result with the conditioner. So this is how you do it. You open it and then you're going to take your spoon, let's put this over here, if you want to use gloves you're welcome to use gloves, you then you see, you take your spoon and you're going to get this gelatin kind of texture inside of the aloe vera plant. And you're going to cover it all. We recommend one aloe vera leaf for the hair. But if you have a lot of hair, big hair we recommend to use more than one so you have better results and better moisture in your hair. Yeah. Then use, cut it in smaller pieces, I'm going to give you some more of it. And later if you want to have like more consistence, consistent, that's how you say it. You can put it in the blender or just with a fork just smash it all. But we will just strain the shampoo and mix it like it's egg gel, like you're mixing an egg or something. This is the shampoo, you know, we call it to be an egg shampoo and it's sulfate free. It's really important to have a sulfate free shampoo. You don't want to put too much chemicals in your hair. You want to have your hair treated with the most natural ingredients to get a better result for the aloe vera treatment. OK. So this is how it's going to look. It's squeaky. The more squeaky and gritty look, the better for you. So let's put it and mix it together. Mix it together really well. And then you, this amount of shampoo will give you for like at least two times. You can put it in the fridge, in the freezer. Yes, and after you use it if you have left over, for the next time that you wash your hair. So it's very simple. Follow these instruction, mix it with the shampoo, apply in your hair, wash your hair like regularly you do. And then just apply conditioner at the end and you're going to have beautiful natural hair in a very simple steps. And that will be the aloe vera treatment for your hair.
