Hi, this is SwayFit with two Ts with I'm going to be demonstrating some single arm push-up holds. I have to use these as a National NPC Fitness Competitor. And I'm going to show two variations how to do this. The first variation is actually going to strengthen you up and prepare you to do one arm push-ups. So you're in a plank position and you can have your feet slightly apart. And you can have your feet slightly apart. And you are just going to tap real slowly. This is going to prepare one of your hands or one of your arms to support your body weight. Right there. Then when you are ready you can progress with one hand into a single arm push-up. And that concludes my single arm push-up hold.
