Hi, this is SwayFit with swayfitt with two Ts .com, and I am going to be demonstrating the difference between a leg raise and a crunch. Basically the difference is where you are targeting your abdominals. The crunch is going to focus more on your upper abdominals whereas the leg raises are going to focus more on your lower abdominals. So the first exercise I'm going to demonstrate is your basic crunch. You don't want to pull with your neck here. You want to just slightly place your hands on the sides of your head. And lift your shoulder blades off the ground. So I'm going to do 10 of these. Good I feel that. Now I'm going to go ahead and demonstrate a leg raise for you. And you want to hold on to something, you can hold on to your bed post or anything like that. I have this machine here I'm just gong to grab here. And I'm going to lift my legs past parallel and just about touch the floor. You do not want to touch the floor. You want to come just shy of the floor. And that concludes my segment on leg raises versus crunches.
