Hi. My name is Mario Raez with Freeway Insurance, and today we are going to be talking about non-owners car insurance. What is non-owners car insurance? Just like the title says it's insurance for someone that doesn't own a vehicle. Now you may be asking yourselves why would you need insurance if you don't own a car? You can actually purchase insurance on just your drivers license. In that event that if you drive a vehicle, lets say for your boss, or different vehicles for your type of employment, this is the type of insurance coverage that you need. Keep in mind that if you have a vehicle that's registered in your, registered to the address that you live at, or a vehicle that's for your regular use, non-owners coverage only covers occasional driving. So if you're borrowing a friends car or family members car every day to go to work this will not cover you, and you would actually have to be put on that vehicles insurance. Non-owners coverage is just covers you on occasional driving and it only covers you for liability insurance. You cannot purchase full coverage without having a vehicle. Non-owners coverage typically helps those people who've had a suspended license and want to go ahead and get their license reinstated so they'll purchase non-owners coverage insurance. This is Mario Raez with Freeway Insurance.
