Hi, this is Tarik with Tariktyler.com here at Train, West Hollywood, and this is alternating lunges. Now alternating lunges are going to work your quads, your hamstrings and your glutes. The important thing is that you want to take a big step up, boom, drop right down and make sure that your hamstrings are parallel to the floor. Also with your leave leg, make sure the knee is not going over the tip of the toe. Once you are there, take a big push back and always have yourself lined up with your original support leg. Then just alternate, go right to the next leg, take a big drop down once again and then fire back. And this is Tarik Tyler, and this was alternating lunges.
