Hi, my name is Eric N. Quinn. I am a personal trainer and a life coach, and today we are here in the World Boxing Gym. We are going to talk about how to burn fat without lifting weights. Before you start performing the exercises remember to get a good warmup. Things you can do as a warmup can be jumping jacks, can be running in place, can be skipping ropes. And as you start sweating and as you start getting your body warmed up then you go ahead and perform the next exercise. The next exercise we are going to do is going to be power squats. For this, we are going to go down in a squat and we are going to hop up and down. As you land you want to land down. You don't want to stand and go down. You're going to jump down in a squat, squat, jump, squat, jump, squat. And you can do as many repetitions as you can do in 30 seconds. You do 30 seconds, you can stop for 30 seconds and then you would go ahead and do it over again. The next exercise we are going to perform is hop scotch. We're going to take you back to the times you were little. Hop scotch is very simple. You are going to start with your legs open like this. We are going to jump forward with the legs together. We are going to jump forward again with the legs open. And we are going to come back the same way. We do it like this. You can put your hands on your waist if you want to. You can use the arms to help you do the jump. Okay, me I like to do it with my arms up. Okay so we are going to jump close, open. We are going to close again and open. Okay this is performed very fast or a little faster then I just did. So we can do, we can go full speed now. Ready and go. This has been Eric N.
