Hi, welcome back to the Cave Camp. I'm coach PJ at CPJ Fitness in San Diego, California for eHow.com. Today, I'm going to show you some leg exercises without building muscle. Okay, now I'm going to demonstrate some leg movements that will tone the legs without building muscle. This is what I call compass lunges. So I'm going to take one leg at a time. I'm going to lunge forward and I'm going to do a side lunge. The leg is straight, feet are forward. And then I'll come back to center and then we'll do a reverse step on that same leg. And then kneel down then come back to center. So now we'll do the other leg again going forward. Okay you are going to do a side lunge again on this side the leg is straight. Feet are forward and you bend into this and you come back up. And then you do a reverse lunge. Kneel down and step up. All the while your posture is straight and your eyes are looking straight ahead.
