Hi, I'm Kristy Lee Wilson. I am a personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist. You can visit my website at www.kristywilson.com. Today, I'm going to take you through a great workout that's going to help tone your butt to get into your jeans. The first part of this workout is going to involve two of my favorite exercises for the butt. We are going to perform them in a super set, meaning we are going to perform two exercises back to back with no break in between. Repetitions are going to be high. We are actually going to do this for time. Sixty seconds each exercise. The first exercise we are going to do is an in out squat. So you are going to start with your feet about hip width apart. You are going to come down into a squat position making sure you sit back on those heels. Knees stay in line with the toes. From there you are going to press through the heels jump out into a wide squat. Take the feet wider then hip width apart, again sitting back on those heels. Making sure the knees stay behind the toes. Really feel your glutes working. From there you are going to jump the feet back into that narrow squat. Keep alternating out and in for a period of 60 seconds. From there you are going to go into a curtsy lunge. You are going to take one leg behind on a 45 degree angle into a lunge position. You want to sit back with that front leg on the heel really feeling that glute activate. It's a great exercise to get that outside of the glute. Make sure that knee stays behind the toes. You are going to press through the heel to come back to the start position. Take that back leg behind on a 45 degree angle. Real feel that glute working and then come up to the start position. Sixty seconds on both sides for this exercise. I'm Kristy Lee Wilson. I just took you through a great workout that's going to tone your butt to help you get into those jeans.
