I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator in Dallas, Texas, and today I'm gonna show you the single best exercise for your arms and chest. The single best exercise in the world for your chest is the pushup, simply because anyone can do it anywhere you're at, no need for equipment, no need to be a great fit athlete, but literally anyone can do it. So the first thing I'm gonna do is gonna show you an advanced version, it's a single leg pushup. Important things to remember, your core is in, your back is flat guys, your elbows are gonna be in neutral position. So your hands are gonna be about right here. You're gonna go up on your toes with your abs in. We're gonna go ahead and life one leg up today. Elbows are gonna go out in to neutral position. Now a standard pushup is gonna allow you to put both feet down. Finally an amazing modification for the best workout in the world, the best chest exercise in the world, hands are still where they go guys, remember, abs are still tucked in, back is still flat, but you're gonna drop to your knees. Again, I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator, and we just covered the single best exercise for your arms and chest.
