I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator here in Waxahachie, and today we're going to talk about which muscle groups are better to work out in the same day. I personally like to split up my routine with opposing muscle groups. What that is going to do is allow me to overload those muscles, giving them a break of about a minute's rest between each exercise. If you wanted to do some bicep curls now and then immediately turn that into either a tricep kickback or maybe even overhead extension. So again guys, working an opposing muscle group is going to allow you to really target those muscles, really overloading them. Remember between the two sets together you're going to want to give it about a minute rest before you move on.
