I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator in Dallas, Texas, and today we're going to talk about a bicep curl with a shoulder press. Key points to remember, always keep those stability muscles turned on, knees are slightly bent. Always start with your feet about width apart, hip width apart and the dumbbells in your hand. Shoulders are drawn back, chest is up and tall. And the proper stability position with your abs in, kind of in the relaxed position with your knees, you're going to start with your hand in your palms turning up. As you curl your weights up, you're going to reverse the weights face to the outside, up and over your head, still with your abs pulled in guys, still with your abs pulled and chest up. Bringing it back down, reverse and your palms back in, return into the bottom without locking out those elbows. Again, I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator, and we just covered the proper way to perform a bicep curl with a shoulder press.
