I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator in Dallas, Texas, and today we're going to cover some body weight exercises for your chest. So, the first thing we're going to look at is what's called an iron cross. You're basically in that really nice top push up position, you're going to walk your hands out as wide as you can get them. Then, you're going to walk them back in. You're going to put that same thing on repeat for say 30 or 45 seconds or pretty much as long as you can last. The next exercise I want to show you is a push up. I know it sounds pretty simple, but the truth is a lot of people just do it incorrectly. So, what you want to make sure is that your elbows are in neutral position. You don't want them pointing outward, you don't want it pointed to the rear. You want to point it somewhere right in between, making sure that your hands are in the right position, your core is drawn in, your body weight is going to be shifted forward and your back is going to be nice and flat. Again, I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator and we just covered some body weight exercises for your chest.
