Hello, my name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister, and today we're going to demonstrate a gymnastic exercise for the knees. The knees are the biggest joints in your body so they have to be taken care of. Gymnastics is a very demanding sport so you certainly want to sure up the anchors in your ankles, your leads and your hips are the anchors to your body. So you want to sure up those knees and this is a phenomenal way to utilize a very good gymnastics move while still working those knees. We're going to put ourself down and we want to leap into the air and stretch ourselves as straight as possible, land and then come up on the knees, one more time, leap, land and then we simply reverse. We go back, pushing the arms back and up, pushing the arms back and up. These are just a few of the exercises that you can utilize in gymnastics to help strengthen the knees.
