Hi, I'm Chris with Live Fit personal training out of Kansas City, and today I'm going to show you an awesome arm exercise for women. What you're going to do is take a pair of five pound dumbbells, one in each arm and you're going to do a hammer curl with one side, straight up and then shoulder press, up, back down and then back down on the curl. At the side, curl and press, down slow, back down. You want to keep your core tight, make sure that whenever you curl up you are focusing on the bicep and whenever you press up you are focusing on the shoulder. What you're going to do is use anywhere between five to ten pound dumbbells, and you're going to do three sets of 12 to 20 reps depending on your comfort level and that's an awesome arm exercise for women.
