Hi, I'm Erin Hendley, professional makeup artist, and today I'm going to show you how you can do l lace makeup. So what you'll pretty much need is a strip of lace, how big or how small is up to you on where you want to place it on the face with the design. And then we're also going to need a set of creams as our first step. You can choose any color that you want. I'm going to go in with a blue. It's going to read well on the skin and a good base for what we do next. So we go in with our creams with our synthetic brush. Place the lace where we want it. So lace has holes in it, and that's going to give us the pattern on the skin through the lace. So we're just patting on. And you need to hold it pretty firm. And just pat on top of the lace. If you swipe it it can remove the lace and not give it as clean as lines or holes so it just depends on the look you're going for. You can do this on the whole face if you want, or if you're just looking for a little peer of texture for like a costume or something fun like that, that always works well. You can switch up the colors too if you'd like. Or just keep it monochromatic. Sometimes it's reminiscent of fish scales so a lot of people like to give that reptile or like mermaid look with this. So that's always a fun you know, thing for Halloween, too. And then you just slowly pull it off and you can see a little bit of design going on here. Different lace patterns will give you different patterns on your face, so beware of that as well. I'm Erin Hendley, and I just showed you how to do lace makeup.
