Hello, everyone. My name is Joi, freelance makeup artist, and I want to show you all today what you can use as an inexpensive eye shadow primer. So I have my brushes, and then I'm also going to be using a bit of concealer and a translucent powder. So if you don't have a primer what you can use is actually the same shade of foundation that you're using on the rest of your face. Actually, even if you don't use foundation all over, this is still a good trick to use to make an inexpensive primer. So what you'll do is you'll use a concealer brush and you'll just put a very light layer of your foundation on your lid, making sure that you spread it thinly enough so that it doesn't crease and then the next thing that you're going to do is to take just a bit of your finishing powder and you want to use a fluffy brush so that you don't apply too much powder and cause cakiness, and you just kind of dust it lightly over that concealer that you applied. So this is something that's quick and easy to do, and you don't have to run out and buy any extra supplies to get your perfect makeup look. So her eye is prepped and ready. With this technique here, she won't have to worry about creasing or any smudges with her eye shadow. So hope this is helpful to everyone and thank you for watching, bye.
